If you're experiencing connectivity issues with the WATCH IT application on your LG smart TV, you can resolve them by changing the DNS settings using the following steps:
Press the Home / Smart Button
Click the settings in the top-right
Click all settings option at the bottom
Choose the Network menu from the left
Choose WI-FI connection
Choose Advanced WI-FI settings at the bottom
Click the Edit Button
Uncheck the box labelled Set automatically
Click the DNS Server and enter 8.8.8.8 then click connect
