If you're experiencing connectivity issues with the WATCH IT application on your LG smart TV, you can resolve them by changing the DNS settings using the following steps:
- Press the Home / Smart Button
- Click the settings in the top-right
- Click all settings option at the bottom
- Choose the Network menu from the left
- Choose WI-FI connection
- Choose Advanced WI-FI settings at the bottom
- Click the Edit Button
- Uncheck the box labelled Set automatically
- Click the DNS Server and enter 8.8.8.8 then click connect
