Credit Card or WE:
- Open the website.
- Click on your profile icon.
- Select "Settings."
- Navigate to "Subscription & Payment."
- Choose "Stop subscription" to cancel your service.
Requesting a refund for Credit Card subscriptions:

Android In-App:
- Open the Google Play app.
- At the top right, tap the profile icon.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions. Subscriptions.
- Select WATCH IT subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel subscription and then follow the instructions.
Requesting a refund for Android In-App subscription:
Purchases from Android’s Google Play Store are supported by Google. You can contact Google directly to request a refund here, Reach out to customer support for any issues or concerns.
iOS In-App:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select WATCH IT subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
Requesting a refund for iOS In-App subscription:
Purchases from Apple’s App Store are supported by Apple. Due to Apple’s security policies, WATCH IT cannot refund purchases made via the App Store. Our support team will gladly help you with questions and technical issues, but refund requests should be directed to Apple if you purchased through the App Store. You may contact Apple directly to request a refund here.
Important Tips:
- Ensure you cancel before the next billing cycle with at least 2 days to avoid additional charges
- Reach out to customer support for any issues or concerns during the cancellation process.
- Please include as much information on the purchase as possible to help us locate the purchase quickly for you. Ideally, include:
- The order number; this can be found in the email receipt sent at the time of purchase (For Android In-App Subscriptions)
- Your username and the email address attached to your WATCH IT account
- The amount of the purchase
- The date and time the charge was made
- If you were charged by credit card: the last four digits of the card number (please for security reasons, do not include the full number).
- If you use Google Pay, Apple Pay, or any payment service that creates a temporary card number for online purchases, we recommend confirming the last four digits of the token card number.
